CHRONIC ILLNESS RECOVERY PACKAGE AT VALLEY CRYO

The Healing Support Package: A Smarter Way to Recover from Chronic Illness
Because healing should be personal, accessible, and deeply supported.

If you're navigating the complexities of cancer recovery, mold illness, chronic Lyme, or autoimmune disease, you already know this truth:

🧠 Healing isn't linear.
💥 It's not one-size-fits-all.
🧬 And it’s never just about one system in the body.

At Valley Cryo, we work with people who’ve already seen multiple providers, tried countless supplements, and are still looking for tools that make a real difference. Our goal? To simplify recovery with smart, strategic therapies that work with your body — not against it.

🔹 Why We Created the Healing Support Package
This special monthly membership is designed specifically for clients facing deep inflammation, immune dysregulation, and cellular exhaustion — all common in:

✅ Cancer treatment and recovery

✅ Chronic Lyme disease

✅ Mold toxicity

✅ Autoimmune conditions like lupus, RA, Hashimoto’s

✅ Long COVID or post-viral syndromes

We know these journeys can be financially and emotionally draining. That’s why we built something flexible, affordable, and rooted in clinical insight.

🌿 What’s Included for $399/month:
🔴 Unlimited Full-Body Red Light Therapy
Supports mitochondrial repair, inflammation control, lymphatic drainage, and cellular resilience.

💨 4 Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy OR Ozone Therapy Sessions
Mix and match based on your needs — or choose one modality for the full month.

HBOT boosts oxygen delivery and speeds healing

Ozone helps detox pathogens, mold, and inflammation

This package normally retails over $600 — but we’ve intentionally priced it at $399/month to help those in the thick of healing feel cared for and supported.

🧠 Why It Works
We’re not just a cryotherapy center. Jenny Siepka, RN is a seasoned nurse, certified functional practitioner, and avid biohacker who works closely with a functional MD to tailor protocols to each client’s unique physiology.

We’ve seen this combo of targeted light, oxygen, and detox support help:

Reduce brain fog

Ease joint and nerve pain

Improve sleep and energy

Decrease histamine load and mast cell activation

Support detox from mold, chemo, or infections

🤝 You Don’t Have to Guess Anymore
Not every facility understands when cold exposure is too much for someone with adrenal dysfunction… or how ozone might benefit one client and burden another.

But we do.
We ask the right questions.
We track your response.
We stay by your side.

Ready to feel supported, not overwhelmed?

When Is the Right Time to Use Cold Therapy? Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Cold therapy (like cryotherapy or cold plunges) has exploded in popularity lately, and for good reason: it can help reduce pain, improve recovery, and boost your overall sense of well-being. But timing is everything. At Valley Cryo, we’re all about optimizing results. And when it comes to cold therapy, using it at the right time can make a huge difference—especially if your goals include building muscle, improving hormone function, or recovering from chronic stress. ❌ Why You Shouldn't Use Cold Therapy Right After Strength Training After a hard workout, it might seem smart to jump into the cryo chamber or cold plunge to reduce soreness. But here’s the deal: When you strength train, you intentionally create small amounts of muscle damage and inflammation. That process signals your body to rebuild stronger and bigger muscle tissue (a process known as hypertrophy). If you use cold therapy immediately after lifting, you may blunt the inflammatory response, which can reduce the very adaptation you’re working for. Multiple studies have shown that cold exposure post-lifting can interfere with: 💪 Muscle growth 🏋️‍♀️ Strength gains 🧬 Cellular signaling for adaptation Bottom line: If your goal is muscle building or body recomposition, wait at least 4–6 hours after strength training to use cold therapy—or better yet, do it on a recovery day. ⚠️ When Cryo Might Not Be Right for You Just because you can handle the cold, doesn’t always mean you should—especially if your adrenals are taxed. Cold therapy is a hormetic stressor, meaning it puts your body under short, controlled stress to make it more resilient. But when you’re already dealing with adrenal dysfunction—chronic fatigue, burnout, sleep problems—this added stress may be too much. 🚩 Signs cold therapy might not be right (yet): 😴 Deep fatigue, even after sleeping 8+ hours 🌀 Lightheadedness when standing up 🥶 You feel worse (not energized) after cryo or cold plunges Instead, focus on: 🛌 Supporting adrenal repair with rest, red/green light, and nutrition 🌙 Balancing cortisol rhythms 🚶‍♀️ Gentle movement instead of extreme cold or intense training Once you're stronger internally, cryo can become a powerful next step. ✅ When Is Cryo the Right Tool? 🔄 On rest days, to support lymphatic flow and reduce soreness ❤️‍🔥 After cardio, especially HIIT or long runs, to recover faster 🌞 In the morning, to boost energy, mood, and focus ⏳ At least 4–6 hours after strength training, so you don’t blunt muscle gains 🧠 Every Body Is Different Some people thrive with daily cold exposure. Others need a slower approach. At Valley Cryo, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all recovery. We look at your goals, your symptoms, and your overall stress load before making a plan. 👉 Want help figuring out what your body needs most right now? 🌿 Fighting Mold Illness? Start with Infrared Sauna Detox If you're dealing with mold exposure or chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS), you know the symptoms: 💤 Brain fog, fatigue, pain, inflammation, mood swings, and that feeling like your body just won’t bounce back. The good news? Infrared sauna therapy is one of the first and most effective tools in your detox arsenal—and Valley Cryo has the best setup in town. 🔥 Why Infrared Sauna Is a Must for Mold Detox When your body is burdened by mold toxins (mycotoxins), your detox pathways—like the liver, lymphatic system, and skin—can get overloaded. Sweating in an infrared sauna is a direct, efficient way to purge toxins, especially fat-soluble ones like mold. Benefits of infrared sauna for mold detox include: 🌡️ Deep tissue sweating (without extreme heat) 🧠 Improved brain fog and fatigue 🦠 Enhanced immune response 🧼 Mobilization of stored toxins through fat and lymph 🫀 Better circulation and oxygenation And unlike traditional saunas that just heat the air, infrared waves penetrate deeper, gently warming your core and allowing for a more powerful detox at lower temps. 🧖 Why Our Sauna Is Different At Valley Cryo, we don’t just toss you in a cramped hot box and call it wellness. Our 3-person Clearlight infrared sauna is: ✅ Spacious—stretch out and relax without feeling trapped ✅ Private—your own dedicated sauna room ✅ Therapeutic—includes overhead chromotherapy (color light therapy for mood + healing) ✅ Convenient—the only sauna in town with a full-service, spa-quality shower included This matters—especially for those detoxing from mold. You need a clean, safe environment to sweat, recover, and rinse off toxins immediately after. 💥 Infrared + Mold Detox = Power Combo If you’re working with a practitioner on mold detox—or even if you're just suspecting mold is part of your symptoms—infrared sauna should be your first stop. Many of our clients with mold-related issues use our sauna regularly and notice: 🔄 Fewer flare-ups 💨 Better breathing 💆 Less joint pain and tension 😴 Deeper sleep ✨ Clearer skin and mental focus 🧬 Detox Smarter—Feel Better At Valley Cryo, we believe in giving your body the right tools—not just another supplement or bandaid. Infrared sauna therapy is powerful, natural, and proven. Combine it with our other offerings (like cryo, redlight, and ozone), and you’ve got a protocol for true recovery. 💬 Ready to Sweat Smarter? “You’re Working Out… But Where’s the Muscle?” Why Building Muscle Takes More Than Just Gym Time Walk into any gym and look around. Rows of cardio machines filled with people grinding away—day after day, sweating through hour-long sessions. But here’s the uncomfortable truth: how many of them actually look fit? We are a nation that’s overfed and undernourished. We exercise, but we don’t build. And most of it comes down to this: 💥 You can’t build muscle in a calorie deficit. ❌ Cardio-Obsessed, Macro-Blind So many people—especially women—are told that weight loss = health. So they: Do endless cardio Eat 1,200 calories a day Avoid carbs Live off protein bars and coffee Or worse… They don’t eat full meals at all. Just grazing on: A single hard-boiled egg A few pieces of beef jerky Handfuls of almonds Sparkling water and a prayer And then wonder why they feel bloated, soft, exhausted, and stuck. ⚠️ Fasting Gone Wrong Intermittent fasting might sound trendy and effective… But for many women in perimenopause or menopause, it can backfire. Fast. Why? Because fasting + hormone shifts + stress = cortisol chaos. This can lead to: More belly fat Poor sleep Muscle wasting Hormonal crashes Fasting can work—but not for every woman, and not in every season of life. ✅ Muscle is Built with Strategy, Not Starvation Building lean muscle isn’t just about showing up to the gym. It’s about: Eating enough—yes, even carbs Hitting your protein goals consistently Lifting heavy with progressive overload Getting out of a calorie deficit so the body can grow Recovering like it’s your job Without fuel, your body doesn’t transform—it just survives. 💪 Jenny at Valley Cryo Gets It Jenny Siepka, RN and Certified Functional Nutrition Coach, doesn’t guess. She assesses. She understands the science of body recomposition and muscle building—especially in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. She’s not afraid to tell it like it is: 💣 “If you want to look a certain way, you’ve got to eat, sleep, and train a certain way. When you’re young, you can get away with a lot. As we age? That window closes fast.” And here’s another truth bomb: 💥 “A lot of people want the body—but don’t want to change their lifestyle. If that’s you? I’m not the coach for you.” Jenny works best with highly motivated individuals who are: Smart enough to recognize what hasn’t worked Strong enough to break bad habits And ready to stop making excuses and start making progress She has a low tolerance for laundry-list excuses like: “I don’t have time to make my own food” “I just eat whatever the kids eat” “I’m too busy to plan meals” 🙅‍♀️ If you’re not willing to prioritize yourself, Jenny can’t do it for you. But if you’re ready to step up? You’ll have her full support, strategy, and accountability. 🧊 Bonus? Muscle Recovery Tools You Can’t Get at the Gym At Valley Cryo, we use: Full-body Cryotherapy Infrared Sauna Ozone Steam Sauna Compression therapy Redlight therapy To accelerate muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, and help you get results faster. And when it comes to fueling that transformation, few tools are as powerful (or misunderstood) as functional nutrition. 💡 What Is Functional Nutrition? Functional nutrition goes beyond calories and macros. It’s about understanding how food works with your body—supporting hormones, detox pathways, energy systems, and more. Your Labs Say You're "Fine"—But You Feel Like Hell? You're Not Alone. If you’ve been told “everything looks normal” but you’re still exhausted, foggy, anxious, bloated, gaining weight, and just off—you’re not crazy. And you’re definitely not alone. The truth is: normal isn’t always optimal. And at Valley Cryo, that’s where we begin. 🔬 Bioidentical Hormones: Real Balance, Real Results We specialize in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)—personalized protocols that support women (and men) through perimenopause, menopause, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal fatigue, and more. Unlike synthetic hormones or outdated approaches, bioidenticals are molecularly identical to what your body naturally produces. That means: Better absorption Fewer side effects Safer long-term outcomes And most importantly—you actually feel better But here’s something we see all the time: 👉 People already on BHRT... who still feel awful. That’s because many practitioners prescribe hormone doses just high enough to “take the edge off”—but not enough to fully optimize the body. We don’t believe in barely-there dosing. We believe in precision-based protocols that restore full vitality, energy, mood, muscle, and metabolism. Hormone support shouldn’t be about surviving. It should be about thriving. 🦋 Thyroid Support That Actually Works We go way beyond TSH. If you’ve ever been told your thyroid is “normal” but still struggle with energy, mood, metabolism, or weight—there’s a reason: Most providers overlook the full picture. At Valley Cryo, we assess: Free T3 Reverse T3 Thyroid antibodies Cortisol patterns Symptom-based tracking over time We optimize thyroid function with tools that actually work—including T3 therapy when appropriate. 👩‍⚕️ Meet Jenny Siepka, RN — And Why We’re Different With over 25 years in clinical practice, Jenny Siepka, RN brings unmatched depth in nursing, functional nutrition, and hormone strategy. She works directly with a highly skilled functional MD to create protocols that truly move the needle—and the clients at Valley Cryo feel the difference. You’re not just a lab result here. You’re a full, complex human with a story, symptoms, and goals—and we listen. 🧊 Beyond Hormones: Whole-Body Support Hormone balance doesn’t happen in isolation. That’s why we integrate therapies that support the full picture: Cryotherapy — reduces inflammation, resets stress response Red Light Therapy — stimulates mitochondria, supports thyroid Infrared Sauna — detox, lymphatic flow, hormone support Peptides + Nutraceuticals — expert-recommended for cellular healing 💥 Bottom Line? You don’t have to settle for “fine.” You don’t have to accept fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, or a provider who says “everything looks good.” We believe in optimal, not average. In getting better, not staying stuck. 💻 Ready to Work With Us? 📍 Serving Charlottesville + Harrisonburg 👩‍⚕️ Hormone + thyroid consults with Jenny Siepka, RN 💥 Book today and start feeling like yourself again.

Cryo Isn’t for Everyone—But It Might Be Exactly What You Need Let’s get one thing straight: cryotherapy isn’t easy. Stepping into a chamber at -200°F for three minutes isn’t a “feel-good” moment. It’s not a massage. It’s not a warm bath. It’s a test. A shock to the system. And that’s exactly why it works. ❄️ Short-Term Discomfort = Long-Term Results At Valley Cryo, we see it every day: people walk in tired, inflamed, sore, or stuck in a performance plateau. And they walk out sharper, stronger, and more resilient. Why? Because the cold triggers change. Inflammation gets crushed Endorphins spike Metabolism revs up Muscles recover faster Mental clarity skyrockets It’s the kind of discomfort that rewires your biology for the better. 🧬 Not for the Faint of Heart Cryo isn’t a spa gimmick—it’s for the winners. The ones chasing longevity, recovery, hormone optimization, and peak performance. It’s for: Lifters who want to bounce back from brutal workouts Entrepreneurs managing stress and sharpening focus Menopausal women trying to reclaim energy and muscle Athletes chasing the 1% edge If you’re just looking for cozy and convenient, cryo might not be your thing. But if you’re hungry for results, welcome to the chamber. 🔥 At Valley Cryo, We’re Built for This We don’t do average. We don’t do halfway. We do cryotherapy that changes your physiology, backed by science and guided by experience. Are you ready to lean into the cold? Then step in. Three minutes. Everything changes.

Numbness. Burning. Tingling. Let’s Talk About Neuropathy — and Why Red Light Therapy Is a Game Changer Neuropathy doesn’t care if your labs look “fine.” It doesn’t care that you’ve “tried everything.” And it sure doesn’t wait for a convenient time to show up. Whether it's from diabetes, chemotherapy, autoimmune conditions, Lyme disease, or long COVID — nerve pain and dysfunction are real, and they're often dismissed. At Valley Cryo, we take neuropathy seriously — and we treat it with science-backed, non-invasive tools that work. 💡 Why Red Light Therapy? Red light therapy (also called photobiomodulation) penetrates deep into tissues, promoting healing at the cellular level. Here's what it does for neuropathy: ✅ Increases blood flow to damaged nerves ✅ Reduces inflammation and oxidative stress ✅ Stimulates mitochondrial repair (the powerhouses of your cells) ✅ Promotes nerve regeneration and decreases pain perception We’ve seen clients come in with burning, numb feet or pins-and-needles in their hands, and after consistent sessions — report real relief. Sometimes in just a few visits. ⚠️ Not All Devices Are Created Equal You’ve probably seen ads or clinics around town offering "light therapy" for neuropathy — promising relief with small, low-powered devices that barely penetrate the skin. At Valley Cryo, we use top-of-the-line, full-body red light beds — the strongest available in the industry. These are not cheap panels. They’re medical-grade, high-output, and engineered for real results. And here's the best part: 🔥 Unlimited red light therapy sessions for just $199/month. No guesswork. No limits. Just consistent access to the best equipment in the region — at a price no one else is offering. 👩‍⚕️ Real Care. Real Results. Jenny Siepka, RN, leads Valley Cryo with over 25 years of medical and holistic experience — and a personal understanding of complex chronic conditions. She's worked with countless clients suffering from: Diabetic neuropathy Lyme- and mold-related neuroinflammation Chemotherapy-induced neuropathy Autoimmune-triggered nerve pain Post-surgical or orthopedic nerve complications She collaborates closely with a functional MD to assess root cause and recommend the most effective, personalized protocols — including peptides, targeted nutraceuticals, and nervous system support. 🧠 It’s Not in Your Head. And You Don’t Have to Just Live With It. Most clients are told there’s “nothing else” they can do. We disagree. Red light therapy isn’t magic. It’s science. And when paired with a functional, full-body approach, it can reawaken nerves, reduce pain, and restore function. 🌟 Your Next Step Starts Here If you’re dealing with: Numbness or tingling Burning or freezing sensations Weakness or loss of coordination Shooting or stabbing nerve pain Don’t wait. Come experience the Valley Cryo difference. 📞 Call Jenny at 540-217-2831 🌐 www.myvalleycryo.com 📍 Charlottesville, VA
